Hammock Park at Aktiv Fritid Tjøme 

For our Via Ferrata guests it is possible to come the night before and sleep in a hammock at Base Camp. Take the stairs up to the mountain and enjoy breakfast with the beautiful view of the archipelago before the climb starts. 

Who is this suitable for?
This offer is for outdoor-loving climbing guests, and not for those who want a party, or an evening of alcohol and bragging stories. It does not apply to our area of ​​activity both for the sake of other guests and our liquor license.

The offer is also for families who want a fun and real wilderness experience in a safe and adapted setting.

Our hammocks from LA SIESTA are handmade in a slightly coarse material and are therefore not so slippery that the surface slides so easily in the bunk. La Siesta Hammocks stands for sustainability and ethical trade.

Practical information
You come to the finished rigged hammock, there are tables, benches, outdoor toilet, and a jug of water. The hammocks are hung up, all stones and roots below have been removed (with skewers and muscle power) so that you can lie down safely and well. We try to collect the number of bunks you order in one place. If there are several of you, it is a good idea to order together.

You bring your own sleeping bag, sleeping pad, food and drinking water. We have water for coffee and “cat washing” in a jug.

Rainy weather – The first 7 who order have the opportunity to move the hammock under the roof. If the weather forecast shows a lot of rainfall, contact in advance to possibly change the date.

With our environmental profile, we want to limit the use of disposable equipment that contributes to a lot of rubbish.
